Book by / Credit Expires: December 31, 2026. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with certain promotions unless permitted by the supplier. - Hebridean Island Cruises: Valid on Hebridean Island Cruises and select Craig Travel Small Group Journeys featuring Hebridean Cruise. Book by / Credit Expires: August 31, 2027. Credit applies to one booking only and has no cash value. Cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless approved by the supplier. All redemption is subject to Hebridean Island Cruises terms and conditions.
- Craig Travel Credits: Travel credits are valid for Craig Travel Group Journeys only, valid for 5 years from issue date, and apply to a single booking. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and apply to new bookings only.
- Craig Travel Lounge Access Passes: Valid for admission to a Plaza Premium Lounge, subject to lounge availability and the lounge's terms and conditions. If a Plaza Premium Lounge is unavailable, Craig Travel reserves the right to provide an equivalent airport lounge pass at its discretion. There are no airline restrictions, and the pass may be used regardless of the airline booked. The prize consists of one pair of lounge access passes and may be applied to a maximum of two travellers travelling together on the same Craig Travel booking. If only one traveller is travelling, only one lounge access pass will be issued, and the second pass will be forfeited. Unused passes cannot be transferred, substituted, or carried forward. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used as issued. Each pass is valid for one 2-hour lounge visit and will be provided with the traveller's final travel documents. The prize must be redeemed by August 31, 2027.
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge: Valid only for flights booked with Air Canada through Craig Travel or independently. A valid Air Canada booking reference is required for pass issuance. Lounge access is subject to Air Canada's terms and conditions, lounge availability, and access policies. The prize consists of one pair of Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge passes and may be redeemed for a maximum of two travellers travelling together on the same Air Canada booking. If only one traveller is travelling, only one lounge pass will be issued, and the second pass will be forfeited. Unused passes cannot be transferred, substituted, or carried forward. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used as issued. The passes will be provided with the traveller's final travel documents. The prize must be redeemed by August 31, 2027.
