November 7, Sunday: Depart CANADA
Passengers from cities across Canada will depart by air for Athens, Greece. By advance arrangement members can add a few days to enjoy the city of Athens.

November 8, Monday: ATHENS, Greece / Embark
We are met on arrival in Athens and transfer directly to Piraeus where we embark on the Prinsendam, our floating home for the next three weeks. We sail at 5:00pm to begin our odyssey across the Atlantic.

November 9, Tuesday: AT SEA
Enjoy a full day of cruising on the Mediterranean Sea! Be pampered at the spa, choose a book at the ship’s library or take a walk on the deck and breathe in the wonderful sea air.

November 10, Wednesday: NAPLES, Italy
From beautiful Naples we can join excursions to the Isle of Capri, to the resort centre of Sorrento or to ancient Pompeii, the perfectly preserved Roman city that was destroyed by the eruption of Mt Vesuvius in 79 AD.

Airfares include the current cost for flights, all related taxes and fees, insurance coverage, airport transfers on arrival & departure, airport transfers in Canada or equivalent value. **Members joining from these cities may receive an overnight hotel stay en route to the ship in lieu of home city transfers. Airfares are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time you confirm your cruise reservation.

Some cabins can accommodate 3 or 4 people. Deluxe Verandah Staterooms (and above) feature a separate sitting area, bathtub/shower combination plus floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. Superior Verandah Suites also feature larger bathrooms with whirlpool bath, separate shower, duel sinks, larger sitting area, dressing room and more. Inside cabins feature shower only (no bathtub). Single passengers can book to “guarantee share” in categories "K" (inside) or "D" (outside) for a supplement or pay a single supplement (50% of the cruise only fare) in categories C through K (100% in AA, A or SS).

CT RATING: ONE – This cruise is suitable for all passengers who meet our basic criteria for group travel. Optional shore excursions may involve considerable walks over rough surfaces – those with mobility issues must select their excursions carefully.

Shore excursions are not included in your cruise cost, allowing you the freedom to choose from the optional tours that will be offered in each port. Excursions will be available for purchase through the cruise line. Full details on cost, etc, will be available online. Our escort will accompany this cruise with a minimum of twenty members travelling.

Cruise cost and deposit includes the cost of comprehensive insurance ($195 – 395pp) for passengers under 86 years of age at time of travel. Cancellation of any booking prior to July 10, 2010 will be subject to an Administration Fee of $50 per person. This fee will not be covered by insurance. Insurance coverage will begin on the above date and will cover penalties from that date forward. Contact our office for full details. Final payment is due August 5, 2010.
