LOYALTY PROGRAM

As a valued member of the Craig Travel Family, we want to Thank You for your past patronage and to encourage you to travel with us again. To show you our appreciation, all group members, beginning with escorted journeys in 2009, will receive CT Reward Points as outlined below.

CT REWARD POINTS

Craig Travel has created a personal account for all past passengers. Points that you earn through travel, contests and other promotions will be added to your account. Those CT Reward Points will then automatically be applied to the cost of your next journey. (When redeeming points, you will receive a credit of CAD $20 for each 1,000 points in your account.)

Initially (after your first & second trips with Craig Travel), CT Points will be earned at the rate of 1 point for each dollar spent. Past clients (having completed three or more trips) will earn points more quickly, based on the number of times that you have travelled with us (see below). Your travel history with us has been recorded. Passengers may also receive extra points, awarded from time to time, and may earn points through participation in various programs (eg photo and other contests). We may also use points to reward you under various promotional programs or for other reasons.

Past clients will also be eligible for special benefits and additional rewards and will be given first opportunity to book on brand new or featured itineraries. Please check this website, watch future editions of our brochure and E-Letter for more details as they become available.

Earning Points

The more you travel with us, the higher your Loyalty Level and the faster that your benefits will grow!

If you have previously taken

1 - 2 trips Entry Level Earn 1 CT point per dollar spent

3 – 5 trips Bronze Level Earn 1.25 CT points per dollar spent

6 – 9 trips Silver Level Earn 1.5 CT points per dollar spent

10 – 14 trips Gold Level Earn 1.75 CT points per dollar spent

15+ trips President’s Club Earn 2 CT points per dollar spent

Points earned from travel will be credited to your account shortly after you return from your latest journey (usually within 2 – 3 weeks). Points will not be earned for any trips cancelled prior to departure, no matter what the cause. Points earned from other sources will be assigned as earned.

Referral Program

Clients who give us new referrals (friends, associates & others) may earn points twice! When you submit a new referral, you will receive an immediate credit of 200 CT Reward Points – this will be awarded whether the new person travels or not but will only be applied once we confirm the name and address. If the referral then signs up and travels with Craig Travel, you will receive an additional bonus of 2,500 CT Reward Points. (value of CAD$50).

Redeeming Points

Any points in your account will automatically be applied to the final payment of your next journey. Only points earned prior to final payment date can be applied to the next trip.

From time to time, Craig Travel may also make available special offers (eg merchandise) which may be available for purchase with points and/or cash.

Validity of Points

Points will be valid for five (5) years from the date of issue. Points must be applied within the five year period but travel may be after that period. After five years, the points will be retired whether redeemed or not.

Points applied to a journey which is subsequently cancelled will be credited back to a client’s account provided the validity period has not expired. Points can not be transferred to another person – they are valid only for the person who travelled. Points can not be redeemed for cash.

An example

If you took a cruise and your cost as prepaid to Craig Travel was $4,000 pp.

If this was your 1st or 2nd trip with Craig Travel you would receive 4,000 pts each.

If this was your 3rd to 5th trip, you would receive 5,000 pts each.

If this was your 6th to 9th trip, you would receive 6,000 points each.

If this was your 10th to 14th trip, you would receive 7,000 points each.

If this was your 15th trip (or more), you would receive 8,000 points each.

If the same clients were booked on another cruise departing in say 4 months (in which case they would not have made their final payment), the points would be applied as a credit for that cruise.
